Breath Easier In FOREX

Traders know and think a lot of things. They know numbers, and currencies and indicators, and charts, and lines, and all other stuffs like that. They can even project the course of a currency with the mastery of a rocket scientist but with the simplicity of a child throwing his paper plane. However, most traders forget a very valuable thing in the course of their daily activities - their own health. Because of the strenuous activities and pressures they endure everyday, traders often have no more time to spend to exercise and take care of their physical health and well being. But worry not. Here is a simple breathing exercise that may be done inside your office for less than five minutes, and it is guaranteed to give you a fresh feeling every day.

Air is the most important element in our lives. We can survive weeks without food, days without water, but we only have a few minutes without air. Over a minute without precious oxygen, and we enter into a coma.

On the other hand, air therapy and the use of meditation and concentration techniques have been developed for the past centuries, and modern science gives credence to its powers to cure certain diseases. Proper breathing is a physiological task and responsibility that we took for granted because of the rigors of our work.

The key is to let oxygen reach our entire body and penetrate each and every cell. Studies have shown that proper oxygen intake prohibits development of malignant cells and cancers and other degenerative diseases. Likewise, breathing is not only concerned about the intake of air but the exhalation of harmful gases and toxins inside our body. I guess there are lots of those that get into the body when you're in trade.

Dr. Jack Shields, a known lymphologist, has established that deep breaths from the diaphragm are the most effective way of improving your immune system. It stimulates and cleans the lymphatic system, and it has increased the rate of people to avert sickness.

Here is a simple exercise that you may do inside the trading room. This takes no equipment and will take you no more than 5 minutes. Do this at the least, once a day: For five seconds, take a deep breath. Then hold it for twenty counts and lastly, exhale for ten counts. This will fully oxygenate your lymphs and send precious oxygen to the head. You can also use variations of this simple exercise by increasing the number of repetitions in a day and the number of counts of inhale and exhale.

In a matter of two weeks, you will notice the difference in your body, and most likely your office mates and trading partners will notice it, too.
